Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, organize, document, and manage activities during cloud and AI consulting projects as a billable project manager.

• Engage in consulting sessions to grasp challenges, technical requirements, and client specifications.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans while confirming requested deliverables, resource needs, internal objectives, client priorities, and key milestones.

• Track project advancement and deliver status updates regarding budgets, timelines, risks, assumptions, scope modifications, issues, and dependencies to clients and team members.

• Manage and scrutinize project finances by ensuring that project funding is secured and documented, alongside generating cost estimates that align with resource needs.

• Foster communication and manage relationships with all involved parties to provide support, identify issues, devise solutions, and implement improvements in efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technical consulting, including direct interactions and management with customers.

• Experience in managing project budgets, including handling change orders.

• At least 3 years of customer-facing experience in Project Delivery or Customer Success.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Enterprise Project Delivery.

• Capability to manage cloud consulting and AI projects.

• Proficiency in managing third-party partners during consulting engagements.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM and Kanban.

• Understanding of ITIL practices, including Change Management, Problem Management, and Risk Mitigation.

• AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS AI Practitioner Certifications required within 60 days of hire.

• Preferred: active CAPM, PMP, or PMI-ACP certification.

• Preferred: experience in enterprise project delivery.
