Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform AS-Is and To-Be analysis for processes affected by the implementation.

• Develop and document an Organizational Change Management (OCM) plan or strategy for the project.

• Evaluate project readiness for implementation and facilitate communication regarding readiness.

• Conduct an ADKAR assessment and formulate remediation plans.

• Identify OCM sponsorship and leadership roles, and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Revise the Project’s Communication Management Plan and Strategy.

• Identify and train the client’s change agents essential for the project.

• Analyze persona-based needs and training requirements for project teams.

• Create a continuous improvement roadmap and establish reinforcement strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of extensive and progressively responsible experience utilizing Project Management principles, methods, techniques, and tools.

• At least three (3) years of experience applying Project Management principles in a leadership role.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• A valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Five (5) years of experience supporting organizational change related to IT implementations.

• Current Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification.

• One (1) year of experience with the Accela Civic Platform or its licensing and enforcement modules.

• Ability to provide client/user end reference contact information for each project that meets the requirements.
