Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project management tasks including project planning, development of work breakdown structures, and control of change management.

• Manage project scope throughout all stages of the project life cycle.

• Maintain precise program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status updates.

• Ensure that project milestones are achieved.

• Direct the execution of multiple projects or oversee an entire program.

• Serve as the primary communicator for both internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, resolutions, and prioritization.

• Capable of interacting professionally with a diverse group of developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.

• Learn from project retrospectives and implement insights into future projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.

• At least 3 years of proven experience in delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects.

• Experience with NetSuite ERP implementations is required.

• Familiarity with Suite Success methodology.

• PMP certification is advantageous.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, and provide high-quality work while consistently meeting all deadlines for both internal and external clients.
