Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee a collection of related projects as a unified program, managing interdependencies and optimizing shared resources.

• Lead the prioritization of new portfolio opportunities in accordance with the organizational strategy.

• Maintain and communicate the overall status of the portfolio along with updates on individual projects to stakeholders at all levels.

• Address resource constraints, scope conflicts, and change requests within a shared governance framework.

• Create and maintain program charters that align with client business objectives and organizational goals.

• Direct the complete project lifecycle—design, definition, build, and implementation—for technology solutions.

• Facilitate the gathering of requirements and documentation of processes through interviews, workshops, or document analysis as appropriate.

• Manage tasks, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and communications for both short-term and long-term projects running concurrently.

• Allocate work to contributing Project Managers and Business Analysts; coordinate and review work products for quality assurance and consistency.

• Implement test plans and oversee quality assurance until production implementation.

• Assist in defect triage, prioritization, and provide solution recommendations as necessary.

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external clients regarding product capabilities, customization opportunities, and project status.

• Update internal and external stakeholders on active projects and roadmap initiatives.

• Build and sustain relationships with key team members, external partners, and client representatives.

• Conduct regular product training and technical marketing sessions for sales, leadership, and key stakeholders.

• Provide support for client-facing demonstrations and engage with the sales team as needed.

• Direct profitability analysis for each initiative to ensure accurate pricing models and achievement of ROI targets.

• Assess change orders and enhancement requests for financial and strategic alignment during program delivery.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and schedule operational tasks and development opportunities.

• Assist with system migration projects, including capability mapping and the development of client value propositions alongside the Business Development team.

• Utilize AI-powered project management tools (e.g., Jira) to enhance project tracking, reporting, and forecasting.

• Analyze AI-generated insights, dashboards, and predictive analytics to inform decision-making and stakeholder reporting.

• Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.

• Implement responsible AI practices, ensuring data privacy considerations and critical evaluation of AI outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of project management experience, or an Associate’s degree with 7 or more years of project management experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the incentive industry is advantageous.

• Proven experience utilizing AI tools in a professional or project management setting.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms is a plus.

• Experience with AI-assisted reporting, forecasting, or risk analysis tools is a plus.
