This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take full responsibility for the comprehensive delivery of strategic professional services projects, which include space reservation systems, intranet infrastructure deployments, and digital signage implementations.
• Create and oversee project charters, scopes of work, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and communication plans for stakeholders from the project kickoff to the go-live phase.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising Solution Architects, Business Consultants, and partner vendors, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery that meets client expectations.
• Identify and address project risks proactively, escalating issues as necessary while maintaining client trust throughout the engagement process.
• Conduct retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to gather insights and enhance delivery methodologies.
• Facilitate executive-level discovery sessions and workshops to gain an understanding of client business objectives, operational hurdles, and technology setups.
• Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of Appspace's product offerings — including space reservation, digital signage, and intranet solutions — to provide credible strategic advice.
• Link customers with internal subject matter experts, aiding in the creation of repeatable delivery playbooks, solution templates, and best practice documentation for the Professional Services team.
• Assist customers in platform governance, content strategy, information architecture, and utilization analytics to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, offering insights on Appspace solutions, platform capabilities, and best practices for workplace experience.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to define new service opportunities, provide pre-sales support, and develop engaging service proposals.
• Offer structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on client insights, deployment trends, and market dynamics to guide the Appspace product roadmap.
• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of service offerings, delivery processes, and operational excellence within the team.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in workplace technology, SaaS implementation, enterprise IT, or management consulting.
• A proven history of successfully leading and delivering complex technology projects involving multiple stakeholders from start to finish.
• Strong consultative skills — capable of conducting discovery sessions, assessing client requirements, and converting them into actionable strategies and recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities; comfortable interacting with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and end users.
• Demonstrated experience with change management principles and fostering successful user adoption of enterprise platforms.
• Ability to function as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on project executor, adapting to the specific needs of each engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and client engagements concurrently.
