Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide both technical and administrative support, as well as training, to colleagues and higher-level personnel.

• Oversee a variety of projects.

• Monitor project productivity by assessing time versus output ratios.

• Evaluate the productivity of team members.

• Manage timelines and set expectations effectively.

• Ensure and maintain the quality of work.

• Support the team dedicated to the project.

• Aid the project manager in client communications.

• Facilitate discussions among various project participants.

• Take complete ownership of projects and lead with independence.

• Provide support for renewable energy and storage consulting as well as engineering projects for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory.

• Preference for degrees in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

• Additional qualifications such as MS, PhD, MBA, NABCEP, EIT, or PE are advantageous.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, engineering, construction, and/or development of C&I and/or utility-scale solar projects.

• Proficient with PC computers, particularly in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.

• Willingness to travel 35% of the time.
