Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the execution of a significant program for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)

• Act as the main point of contact and liaison with CMS leadership, the Contracting Officer's Representative, program stakeholders, and subcontractors

• Lead cross-functional teams engaged in statistical sampling reviews, overpayment estimation analyses, support for appeals activities, trend analysis and reporting, as well as methodology governance initiatives

• Work closely with the Senior Statistician to guarantee the technical quality and timely delivery of analytical products

• Ensure that analytical outputs align with CMS program integrity objectives and inform operational decision-making

• Manage project timelines, work breakdown structures, staffing plans, risk registers, and quality management plans

• Provide timely updates regarding project status, risks, and any emerging issues

• Supervise overall contract performance, stakeholder engagement, project governance, quality management, reporting, risk management, and coordination of statistical review activities for Medicare overpayment estimation

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by six (6) years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree in one of these fields or a related area with eight (8) years of relevant experience

• Valid project management certification, such as PMP

• Proven experience in supervising analytical, statistical, audit, compliance, or program integrity activities

• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; applicants must specify their authorization status

• Current state of residence in the United States is required in the application
