Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of project management from start to finish for enterprise launches utilizing Alpaca’s brokerage APIs.

• Collaborate with external stakeholders in product, engineering, and compliance to define, plan, and implement integration timelines.

• Engage with internal teams including BD, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, and customer success to address issues and coordinate resources.

• Conduct weekly check-ins with partners, drive action items, and ensure progress towards project deliverables.

• Monitor and report on project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and partner stakeholders.

• Assist partners in navigating KYC, AML, and regulatory disclosure requirements.

• Document procedures and enhance onboarding frameworks for scalable partner integrations.

• Act as the customer advocate internally and provide partner context to leadership and teams.

• Update leadership on achievements, obstacles, and proposed solutions.

• Coordinate the rollout of product features and relay partner feature requests to technical teams.

• Aid the success team with integration and guidance on new products.

• Develop internal and external resources for partners and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise-level business project management, demonstrating strong skills in process, analysis, design, and documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proven problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail to deliver high-quality results while adhering to deadlines.

• Willingness to engage with customers globally.

• Interest and familiarity with FinTech, financial markets, and investing applications.

• Proficient in using communication and project management tools such as Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, and Google Workspace.

• Possess a startup mindset.

• Background in sales and customer success, enhancing the customer experience.

• Experience in training and enablement.

• Knowledge of brokerage and stock markets.

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency.

• Understanding of Metabase.

• Experience with modern APIs including REST, Websockets, and Server Sent Events.

• Background in enterprise software implementations.

• Technical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with issue management tools such as JIRA and API logging tools.

• Familiarity with Postman and curl requests.
