Project Manager – AI & Marketing Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the project from inception to completion, encompassing planning, coordination, MVP testing, and deployment readiness.

• Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and evolving scope.

• Lead a diverse, cross-functional team without direct management authority.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors.

• Operate within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall framework.

• Establish and uphold project documentation, plans, and management artifacts.

• Track progress, foresee risks, and ensure timely execution of tasks.

• Organize MVP testing across designated international markets.

• Document market processes and requirements influencing AI solution development.

• Assist with change management initiatives related to the project.

• Compile project status updates, reports, and information for stakeholders.

• Lead project governance meetings and participate in decision-making forums.

• Aid markets in preparing for the future rollout of the final solution.

• Serve as a reliable project management partner, identifying obstacles and offering solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in project management, ideally within international or complex transformation projects.

• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, or experience in a hybrid project setting.

• Background in marketing-related projects and/or global initiatives.

• Knowledge of AI or technology-related projects is advantageous.

• Experience in change management and executing projects across various markets or locations.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• Comfortable using AI tools.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work autonomously and take charge of complex tasks.

• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a readiness to challenge the status quo.

• Confidence in leading remote, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.

• Capability to advance projects amid changes in scope, priorities, or information.
