Project Manager – AEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Define and manage the program roadmap, scope boundaries, milestones, and success criteria throughout all phases of the migration.

• Serve as the sole accountable owner for delivery outcomes, ensuring that time, quality, and value realization objectives are achieved.

• Oversee collaboration among Managed Service Providers, Web Platform Teams, and various Business Areas to guarantee alignment.

• Ensure that all platform foundations are future-proof, adhering to AEMaaCS best practices, EDS alignment, DevOps, and cloud security standards.

• Manage budget, resources, risk, and dependency management while promoting standardization for large-scale migrations.

• Lead executive reporting and communication with the steering committee to maintain transparency and strategic alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex programs involving multiple vendors and sites.

• In-depth understanding of AEMaaCS / Cloud-first delivery, along with custom/3rd party APIs and microservices.

• Demonstrated experience in large-scale platform migrations and changes to organizational operating models.

• Strong background in Agile Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and decision-making abilities, capable of navigating complex business and IT landscapes.

• Ability to define clear scope and success criteria that are validated at the executive level.

• Focused on performance metrics, including migration throughput, cost optimization, and platform stability.

• Proficient in English.
