Project Manager, AdTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineering leadership to develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.

• Manage, coordinate, and deliver technical projects that involve multiple teams (engineering, product, threat intelligence, detection, customer success).

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and Agile events to promote team productivity and cohesion.

• Ensure that projects are completed within the defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

• Plan, oversee, and monitor project execution, ensuring timely delivery within set budgets.

• Conduct project risk assessments, proactively identifying and communicating risks to stakeholders and clients.

• Create and maintain clear, transparent project documentation and reports.

• Establish and continuously enhance project management best practices, including tools, templates, and engagement rules.

• Foster change and efficiency by collaborating with both internal and external partners.

• Act as a resource and people manager: engage in hiring planning with Recruiting, assist with onboarding, and support team members' professional development.

• Promote continuous improvement within the Competence Center, contribute to PMO initiatives and PM training programs, and share lessons learned and best practices to improve project lifecycle efficiency.

• Enhance project lifecycle by sharing lessons learned and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Project Management with a focus on technology.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Solid experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Proven expertise in establishing Scrum processes and coaching teams.

• In-depth knowledge of project management tools and processes (planning, estimation, monitoring, risk management).

• Practical experience with technical requirements management.

• Expert-level knowledge of Jira and Confluence configuration.

• Hands-on experience with BI tools.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher is a plus.

• Background in the AdTech industry.

• Certification as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.

• Basic understanding of SQL.
