This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Act as the operational liaison between onshore leadership and offshore campaign/QA teams.
β’ Convert priorities into actionable work packages and communicate status, risks, and obstacles.
β’ Facilitate standup meetings, cross-time-zone handoffs, WIP tracking, and campaign-request intake.
β’ Evaluate, prioritize, assign, and monitor requests in accordance with SLAs.
β’ Represent the Factory Migration Team during weekly Portfolio Reviews.
β’ Develop and set up B2B campaigns and journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
β’ Configure triggers, events, decision-making processes, audiences, templates, and personalization elements.
β’ Implement consent, suppression, and frequency regulations for launches.
β’ Conduct Eloqua-to-Adobe campaign rebuilds via pilots, parallel runs, phased waves, and cutover support.
β’ Analyze campaign performance and conduct optimization cycles across content, timing, audience, and channel mix.
β’ Collaborate with the CJA Specialist to leverage data for enhancing playbooks and templates.
β’ Supervise offshore Campaign Specialists and QA by managing assignments, workload distribution, quality standards, and timelines.
β’ Enforce standardized briefs, create checklists, establish QA gates, and oversee launch approvals.
β’ Ensure high launch quality and prevent campaigns from going live without passing QA checks.
β’ Monitor and report on SLA, throughput, and quality metrics.
β’ Maintain runbooks and SOPs while onboarding new Factory resources.
β’ Work in partnership with AJO, CDP, CJA, and QA specialists.
β’ Assist with UAT, deliverable acceptance, and production hypercare.
β’ Ensure TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR compliance in campaign logic.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or MarTech delivery.
β’ More than 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer for building and launching production campaigns.
β’ Proven experience in leading or coordinating distributed delivery teams across multiple time zones.
β’ Prior experience in agency or client-facing enterprise delivery roles.
β’ Proficient in AJO campaign/journey configuration, audience targeting, content creation, decision-making, and channel setup.
β’ Working knowledge of AEP / RT-CDP B2B, including profiles, segments, and datasets that support journey logic.
β’ Familiarity with CJA for measurement purposes.
β’ Understanding of email production fundamentals, such as templates, dynamic content, rendering, and deliverability.
β’ Eloqua experience is highly advantageous.
β’ Background in campaign delivery operations, including intake and SLA management, QA practices, runbooks/SOPs, and reporting on delivery metrics.
β’ Proficient in English (written and spoken).
β’ Fluency in Spanish for regional coordination.
β’ Strong communication skills and ability to maintain quality and deadline standards within a distributed team.
β’ Availability to align working hours with US Central/Eastern business hours, with flexibility for offshore handoffs.
β’ Willingness to travel occasionally for program milestones.
β’ Candidates must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
