This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Manage logistics, planning, delivery, and installation processes for imaging equipment across various modalities (e.g., MR, CT, X-Ray).

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, driving revenue by collaborating with customer stakeholders to create and uphold project pre-construction plans, estimates, and timelines.

• Proactively track construction progress, liaising with stakeholders (facilities, architects, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers, etc.), addressing and coordinating construction challenges, and overseeing delivery and installation activities in accordance with a schedule agreed upon with the customer.

• Relay project information, status updates, timelines, and scope changes to both internal and external stakeholders, including customers, architects, engineers, contractors, administration, and Siemens Sales and Service partners.

• Participate in presale meetings alongside Sales Account Executives and assist in nurturing the sales relationship with customers as needed.

• Collaborate with customers to enhance equipment layouts and clinical workflows to be integrated into drawings and project plans.

• Visit project locations to obtain measurements, gather cost estimates, and assess key project success factors such as electrical and construction requirements with customer project teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 4-8+ years of extensive project management experience, handling multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience in construction within healthcare settings preferred (including electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC, etc.).

• Capability to read and interpret blueprint drawings; CAD knowledge is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage various tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in MS Office software (Outlook, Teams, Notes, Excel, & Word).

• Proven track record of effectively managing matrix project teams, third-party vendors, and navigating a large corporate environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
