• Supervise logistics, planning, delivery, and installation processes for imaging equipment across all modalities (e.g., MR, CT, X-Ray).
• Build and sustain strong relationships within key accounts, driving revenue by collaborating with customer stakeholders to formulate and uphold project pre-construction plans, estimates, and timelines.
• Proactively monitor construction progress, coordinating with various stakeholders (facilities, architects, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers, etc.), addressing and resolving construction challenges, and managing delivery and installation activities according to a schedule mutually agreed upon with the customer.
• Relay project information, status updates, schedules, and scope modifications to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in presale meetings alongside Sales Account Executives and assist in nurturing the sales relationship with customers as necessary.
• Collaborate with customers to enhance equipment layouts and clinical workflows to be integrated into drawings and project plans.
• Visit project locations to obtain measurements, gather cost estimates, and assess crucial project success factors such as electrical and construction requirements with customer project teams.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• A minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in complex project management, overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in construction within healthcare environments is preferred (electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC, etc.).
• Capability to read and interpret blueprint drawings; knowledge of CAD is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office software (Outlook, Teams, Notes, Excel, & Word).
• Experience in successfully managing matrix project teams, third-party vendors, and working within a large corporate environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
