• Oversee comprehensive project management for tactical marketing initiatives, campaign executions, and smaller portfolio-level projects.
• Develop and manage project timelines, workback schedules, dependencies, approvals, and milestone tracking to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Handle multiple concurrent workstreams while effectively balancing changing priorities and business requirements.
• Recognize execution risks, proactively escalate blockers, and drive issue resolution to uphold delivery quality and speed.
• Leverage workflow and asset management tools (such as Aprimo or comparable platforms) to manage project intake, routing, approvals, and asset submissions.
• Ensure compliance with established governance, campaign workflows, and operational standards.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and status updates to ensure visibility and accountability for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders, creative teams, agency partners, and external vendors to coordinate deliverables and approvals.
• Facilitate seamless handoffs between business, creative, legal, compliance, and production teams.
• Assist in portfolio-level messaging initiatives and campaign execution efforts across various business priorities.
• Contribute to messaging refinement, planning of creative executions, and campaign readiness for selected initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, campaign execution, account management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish in marketing, creative, or campaign-driven environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level organizations within financial services, banking, insurance, or other highly regulated sectors is strongly preferred.
• Strong project management skills with expertise in timelines, workflows, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with marketing workflow and asset management platforms like Aprimo or similar tools.
• Understanding of creative production workflows, campaign lifecycle management, and cross-channel marketing execution.
• Knowledge of compliance-driven marketing environments and approval processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
