This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Lead the comprehensive delivery of ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/SAM, CMDB, and associated integration initiatives, including those driven by audits.
• Create and sustain integrated delivery schedules encompassing processes, data, integrations, discovery, reporting, and enablement workstreams.
• Take ownership of delivery speed, management of dependencies, and tracking of milestones across global teams.
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks in data-centric and audit-sensitive programs, focusing on CMDB accuracy, reconciliation practices, and integration dependencies.
• Enforce strict scope discipline and sequencing to avoid uncontrolled growth prior to achieving foundational maturity.
• Facilitate executive decision-making by clearly articulating trade-offs, risks, and impacts.
• Foster structured engagement with stakeholders across Leadership, Program Sponsors, Enterprise Process Owners, Operational Teams, Security, Infrastructure, and Business Owners.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Process Owners who may not have extensive ServiceNow functional expertise, transforming business objectives into actionable delivery plans.
• Serve as a stabilizing delivery layer among EPOs, architects, developers, and vendors.
• Aid in the progressive development of EPO maturity over time through structured engagement and well-defined operating models.
• Ensure executive alignment across stakeholders in the US, UK, EMEA, and APAC regions operating within a global delivery framework.
• Over 7 years of experience in technical program or project management within large-scale IT environments.
• Proven leadership in managing ServiceNow HAM/SAM/ITAM/CMDB programs, including those that are audit-driven and involve complete lifecycle implementations or complex integrated data platforms.
• Strong grasp of integrations, discovery, reconciliation concepts, and audit-driven delivery (hands-on configuration is not required).
• Demonstrated success in delivering highly complex solutions utilizing out-of-the-box core functionality, even when focused modules are available, while designing governance and controls on the ServiceNow core platform.
• Ability to function effectively in environments with shifting functional ownership and varying levels of platform maturity.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, including risk escalation and decisions regarding scope trade-offs and de-scoping.
• Experience in managing global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
