Project Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the effective, timely, and budget-compliant delivery of software projects.

• Navigate through complex and uncertain environments.

• Create and implement project plans together with clients, outlining milestones, tasks, and resource distribution.

• Engage with and cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify and convey potential risks that could affect project results.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality project outcomes.

• Generate regular reports on project status.

• Keep thorough project documentation up to date.

• Evaluate project data and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with enterprise organizations to enhance interoperability across various teams and technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in technical project management related to technology software implementation and lifecycle management.

• Capability to confidently advise clients in ambiguous and complex situations.

• Quick to adapt and learn new technologies with minimal downtime.

• Self-driven, proactive, flexible, and able to collaborate with diverse team dynamics.

• High emotional intelligence and a responsive work style.

• Outstanding communication abilities, with a knack for tailoring messages to various stakeholders.

• Capacity to adapt to different projects and show flexibility.

• Familiarity with project and schedule management tools such as Notion, Smartsheet, and MS Project.

• Ability to operate within the Dubai Time Zone.

• Knowledge of e-builder, Procore, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft 365 is a plus.

• Experience in construction, real estate, or technology is preferred.

• Consulting experience is a plus.

• Background in working with complex business organizations is preferred.

• Ability to introduce innovative ideas and solutions to foster progress and creativity.
