Project Management Analyst 3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide direct assistance within the DLA Research and Development (R&D) sector.

• Contribute to the Strategic Distribution and Disposition R&D Program for the Defense Logistics Agency.

• Offer project guidance and updates to stakeholders, Project Managers, and project support analysts within DLA R&D.

• Act as a liaison among program stakeholders, project participants, government working groups, industry partners, and academia.

• Organize and facilitate meetings.

• Support and monitor program and project objectives, metrics, opportunities, and strategic alignments.

• Assist in the research and analysis for reports on current and emerging technologies.

• Prepare and submit various presentations, assessments, summary reports, and monthly reports to the project management team.

• Utilize technology and program expertise to support various initiatives and projects within the DLA R&D Program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field.

• High School Diploma or equivalent combined with 10 years of relevant experience.

• Preferred experience in project/program management or engineering.

• Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET government security clearance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills at both customer and organizational levels.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Preferred experience in managing multiple projects and priorities.
