Project Management AI Research Contributor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic Excel assignments centered on project or programme management activities, which includes enhancing existing models, repairing broken models, and constructing models from a provided brief.

• Methodically work through each assignment to identify a clear and accurate solution.

• Formulate explicit yes-or-no criteria that enable graders to evaluate any submissions effectively.

• Craft an original assignment during the onboarding process, including the brief and necessary input workbook(s).

• Submit human-created briefs and input workbooks utilizing sanitized real data or public data, ensuring the source is credited.

• Evaluate submitted tasks against the latest frontier AI models.

• Develop a comprehensive yes-or-no rubric to address instances where AI models yield incorrect results.

• Collaborate with a reviewer to obtain task approval.

• Assist Aptura's applied AI and data initiatives by establishing evaluation and training environments for professional workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project, programme, or PMO roles.

• Background in sectors such as construction, infrastructure, IT, business transformation, or capital projects.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Excel, covering areas such as project budgets, earned value analysis, nested formulas, conditional formatting, and debugging.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Openness to learning concepts related to AI and evaluations.

• Capability to create realistic tasks based on professional project management experience.

• Proficiency in navigating tasks to establish clear and accurate answers.

• Skill in formulating precise yes-or-no grading criteria.

• Submission of a CV is mandatory.

• Participation in a 30-minute group walkthrough call is required.

• Creation and submission of one original task, its brief, and the necessary input workbook(s) are expected.

• Brief and input workbooks must be crafted by humans; the use of AI is prohibited.

• Utilization of sanitized real data or public data with proper source attribution is essential.

• Completion of onboarding does not ensure a job offer; task proposals must receive written approval.
