Project Lead, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish project goals, scope, and deliverables that align with business objectives.

• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource management strategies.

• Assess risks and devise mitigation strategies to secure project success.

• Act as the main liaison for stakeholders, both internal and external, in both English and German.

• Conduct regular status updates, meetings, and reporting to maintain team alignment.

• Offer guidance on methodology to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

• Supervise implementation and execution, identifying chances for process enhancements.

• Take complete ownership of projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring goals are achieved on schedule and within budget.

• Track progress, address issues, and proactively make decisions to keep projects on course.

• Promote continuous improvement and document best practices for future initiatives.

• Recognize the value levers of the project and ensure their delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience as a project manager, preferably within the consumer goods sector, particularly in technology transformation.

• Proven track record in functional requirements gathering for at least 4 years.

• Outstanding communication skills, a proactive approach, a can-do attitude, and a problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team.

• Prior experience with Salesforce would be advantageous.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.

• Additional language skills are considered a plus.

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools.

• Capability to work independently while managing multiple projects concurrently.
