This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring that all project plans are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
• Project focus encompasses, but is not limited to: new client implementations, changes in medical vendors, eligibility vendor modifications, TPA transitions, PBM to PBM shifts, and various complex client requests.
• Ensure the timely delivery of all client projects.
• Maintain active communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status, identifying active and potential risks, and addressing outstanding deliverables.
• Ensure the availability and proper allocation of resources.
• Schedule and take part in client and vendor calls as necessary.
• Cultivate a strong relationship with clients and Employee Benefit Consultants based on trust and effective project execution.
• Proactively assess existing project workflows and share opportunities for process improvements.
• Leverage project management expertise, along with RxBenefits product knowledge, to ensure accurate capture and implementation of client/EBC intentions.
• Establish and maintain active communication channels with Account Management, Business Development, other internal departments, and all stakeholders throughout the client project lifecycle, including updates on project milestones, scope changes, risks, and actions.
• Track and log defined tasks and deliverables using Clarizen.
• Provide appropriate support to the risk management team and the Client Command Center process.
• Achieve KPI goals as outlined by Operations leadership and the department.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in benefit implementation or project management.
• Strong facilitation skills that drive project outcomes to exceed customer expectations.
• An exceptional collaborator who works well with others.
• A process-oriented individual who recognizes the significance of adhering to a consistent process to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Strong organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.

• Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills, capable of collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
