Project Lead

📋 Description

• As the Project Lead at L21s, you will be responsible for the planning, management, and delivery of challenging IT consulting projects.

• You will lead interdisciplinary consulting teams, delivering comprehensive support to clients while addressing their core issues with considerable conceptual insight.

• While doing so, you will keep practical feasibility at the forefront, ensuring our solutions are not only meticulously designed but also ready for implementation in real-world scenarios.

• In addition to managing projects, you will also take on disciplinary leadership responsibilities, nurturing the professional and personal growth of your team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree in a technical or business discipline (e.g., Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Management with an IT focus).

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting or a related industry.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects, preferably within the IT or digitalization sectors.

• Proven ability to independently manage and develop teams.

• Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a talent for inspiring others towards shared objectives.
