This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Acumatica implementation projects from the initial discovery phase and planning through to go-live and subsequent support.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to guarantee successful outcomes.
• Serve as the main contact point for project stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and conduct governance activities.
• Proactively identify and address project risks, obstacles, and resource limitations.
• Ensure timely project delivery within budget and in alignment with client expectations.
• Conduct assessments of business processes and lead requirements gathering workshops.
• Design scalable Acumatica solutions that align with the objectives of the client’s business.
• Configure and enhance Acumatica modules and workflows based on specific business needs.
• Offer strategic insights on ERP best practices, process enhancements, and system adoption.
• Collaborate with technical teams regarding customizations, integrations, reporting, and data migration efforts.
• Ensure that solution designs promote long-term scalability and operational efficiency.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Understand client goals, challenges, and growth strategies to provide informed recommendations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations via proactive communication and transparent project management.
• Address client concerns, issues, and escalations with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization, additional services, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Provide guidance and support to consultants, analysts, and technical resources.
• Mentor junior consultants on Acumatica functionality, implementation methodologies, and consulting best practices.
• Coordinate project resources and manage workload distribution across engagements.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and knowledge-sharing within project teams.
• Support the professional development and growth of team members within the consulting division.
• Establish and uphold implementation standards, templates, methodologies, and best practices.
• Conduct quality evaluations of project deliverables and solution designs.
• Ensure that documentation, testing, training, and deployment activities meet established delivery standards.
• Contribute to the creation of reusable implementation tools, accelerators, and project resources.
• Drive initiatives aimed at continuous improvement to enhance delivery efficiency and consistency.
• Contribute to the expansion and maturity of Kalpa's Acumatica practice.
• Provide insights into industry trends, product capabilities, and emerging technologies.
• Assist with presales activities, solution demonstrations, and project scoping efforts as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership on delivery strategies, resource planning, and service development initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of ERP consulting and implementation experience, with a focus on project leadership roles.
• Significant experience leading Acumatica implementation projects through the entire project lifecycle.
• Comprehensive understanding of ERP business processes, including finance, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, or project accounting.
• Proven experience in gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and designing business solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Strong client-facing consulting skills with effective communication capabilities for engaging executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within a consulting or professional services context.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable operating in a remote work environment.
• Acumatica certifications are highly preferred.
• Previous experience within an ERP consulting organization or as an implementation partner.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with ERP integrations, reporting solutions, and initiatives for transforming business processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies is beneficial.
