This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage the execution of intricate, large-scale, or high-priority Versaterm implementation projects from start to finish.
• Establish implementation strategies, delivery frameworks, and client engagement plans for advanced or unique deployments.
• Act as the principal client relationship leader for key implementations, fostering executive-level partnerships and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Provide expert-level insights on public safety software configuration, workflow design, and system integration.
• Identify and address the most intricate implementation challenges, leveraging advanced technical and functional expertise.
• Propel the creation of implementation standards, tools, and methodologies that enhance delivery quality across the team.
• Mentor and coach senior and intermediate implementation staff, sharing knowledge to elevate team competencies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and executive leadership on strategic pre-sales initiatives, solution design, and organizational planning.
• Engage in cross-functional strategy discussions and represent implementation expertise in organizational settings.
• Carry out other related tasks as assigned to support team objectives and overarching organizational goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 8-10+ years of experience in software implementation, including the leadership of advanced, enterprise-scale, or multi-phase projects.
• Experience with Police Records Management Systems (RMS), particularly with Versaterm RMS, is highly preferred.
• Expert-level understanding of the complete implementation lifecycle, system configuration, and public safety or government technology environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous, high-stakes delivery environments and influence results across functions.
• Outstanding communication, executive stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proven history of driving process improvements, methodology innovation, or excellence in delivery initiatives.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary based on project requirements.
