Project Finance Management – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Operate as an independent contractor for LINC, catering to a diverse international student population enrolled in Master-level programs.

• Offer expert guidance to a cohort of 30-35 undergraduate online students.

• Assist students in developing essential skills such as academic writing, research, and time management.

• Provide advice on pertinent reference materials.

• Conduct a 2-hour session on either Monday or Tuesday.

• Evaluate assessments with comprehensive feedback.

• Oversee discussion forums.

• Deliver proactive, timely, and personalized support for student inquiries and concerns.

• Communicate with students via email, calls, or online sessions from locations that suit them best.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Doctoral Degree in a related field with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in relevant subjects at a reputable university or college.

• Accumulate 5 years of corporate experience.

• Exhibit an empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing demeanor.

• Demonstrate proficiency in the English language with exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Must have access to a functional laptop and a high-speed internet connection (greater than 10 MBPS).

• Capable of swiftly learning and utilizing technology platforms for student interaction, including the host university's LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided).
