This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Deliver technical support throughout project durations.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to execute AV projects according to the defined scope of work.

• Create system schematics encompassing audio, video, control, and power.

• Ensure the specified equipment is appropriate for the installation.

• Develop rack layouts.

• Coordinate the generation of M&E drawings in collaboration with the CAD team.

• Work closely with project managers and clients to guarantee that all specified requirements are met.

• Communicate with third-party trades and subcontractors to facilitate seamless integration.

• Test system racks to confirm they fulfill requirements, identifying and correcting faults before shipping.

• Commission equipment, which includes programming audio DSPs, setting up digital video systems, and configuring video conferencing systems.

• Troubleshoot systems and resolve issues related to design and manufacturing.

• Provide technical training to clients during project handover.

• Strong technical expertise in AV and VC equipment from all leading brands.

• Ability to create AV diagrams, including control flow diagrams and video/audio component layouts.

• Up-to-date knowledge of the AV marketplace, including products and current trends.

• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent organizational capabilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in commissioning control systems and troubleshooting; programming skills are advantageous.

• CAD experience is mandatory.

• Familiarity with IT and audio tuning is a plus.
