This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Perform site reconnaissance, conduct interviews, and engage in independent research.
• Create deliverables accompanied by high-quality supporting documentation (site figures, appendices).
• Occasional travel on short notice (within one week or less) may be necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience in engineering and due diligence consulting, construction, facilities management, or other real estate consulting services.
• Knowledge or experience in acquiring data necessary for completing ASTM E1527 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) in accordance with ASTM E2018 standards is required.
