Project Director, Qualitative Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise a Client Service Team.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to team members in operations.

• Manage project escalations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance research project outcomes.

• Work alongside senior management to improve processes.

• Investigate and handle project escalations effectively.

• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects promptly.

• Monitor the productivity and data quality of the team’s projects.

• Oversee billing processes to ensure projected profitability.

• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices in client service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Qualitative Market Research.

• At least 3+ years of experience in project management.

• Experience in healthcare-focused Market Research is preferred.

• Familiarity with complex market research projects, including programming, intricate sampling, international translations, or patient referrals (preferred).

• Outstanding time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve departmental goals.
