This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee programs that are high risk and high complexity.
• Lead all functional and business areas impacted by the program.
• Collaborate with resource management to ensure proper resource allocation.
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, cost estimates, resource plans, communication strategies, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution strategies.
• Influence project decisions and advise management on scheduling, prioritization, and resource distribution.
• Oversee deliverables, project scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Update and inform executives, management, and stakeholders through status reports, executive briefings, and daily team interactions.
• Work alongside technical project team members to achieve program objectives.
• Implement PMI and MCA Connect project management best practices and delivery standards.
• Provide guidance on project management processes and industry best practices.
• Manage the overall budget and conduct predictive financial analysis to maintain accurate project status.
• Review customer invoicing, track accounts receivable, and contribute program-level insights to forecasting models.
• Over 10 years of experience directly managing large-scale IT deployments, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM), within enterprise settings.
• PMI certification.
• Proficient in IT implementation methodologies covering Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, and Operations.
• Knowledge of complete Dynamics 365 solutions integrated within an enterprise-wide IT strategy.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly developed business acumen.
• Proficient in collaborating with key business stakeholders to convey progress and vision.
• Ability to assign appropriate resources to each project phase and oversee performance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Consensus-driven management approach accommodating a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Microsoft SureStep certification (preferred).
• Experience in implementing over ten complete life-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM projects (preferred).
• Familiarity with Microsoft platform technologies (preferred).
• Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred).
• Background in pre-sales and project estimation (preferred).
• Six Sigma certification or training (preferred).
• Mastery of industry-standard project management tools (preferred).
