This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assist in the operations and execution of various grants aimed at enhancing perinatal care access in both Massachusetts and nationwide.
• Oversee performance metrics, adherence to timelines, contractual obligations, and quality benchmarks.
• Provide capacity-building support and technical assistance to community-based organization sub-agreement partners.
• Design and manage program processes and systems effectively.
• Contribute to the strategic direction, set priorities, and make revisions to the implementation timeline as needed.
• Supervise project monitoring and provide administrative assistance.
• Explore business development opportunities and facilitate portfolio expansion.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and funders.
• Supervise technical and/or administrative staff; may have administrative oversight for 1-3 personnel.
• A Master’s degree or an equivalent mix of training and experience in a relevant field: public health, sociology, or public administration is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience (or a Master’s degree coupled with 3 years) in managing multi-stakeholder projects or initiatives related to maternal and child health.
• 3–5 years of experience in supervising administrative staff.
• 3-5 years of experience on projects associated with community midwifery, freestanding birth centers, or reproductive autonomy.
• Proven oral and written communication skills across diverse cultural contexts.
• Familiarity with the certified professional midwife model of care.
• Strong analytical abilities with an eye for detail.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Willingness and capability to travel within the United States, including by car, train, or plane, up to 5% of the time.
