This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

• Oversee large-scale, high-complexity distribution center and automation projects, including both greenfield and brownfield initiatives.

• Act as the executive lead for a single major project from initial concept through to go-live and final acceptance.

• Manage project performance encompassing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Develop project execution strategies that align customer expectations with DCS business goals.

• Maintain overall responsibility for successful project delivery and fulfillment of contractual obligations.

• Foster accountability among all project stakeholders and functional teams.

• Serve as the primary executive liaison between DCS and the client.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with customer leadership and key decision-makers.

• Lead executive project reviews, steering committee meetings, and critical escalation discussions.

• Provide timely updates regarding project performance, risks, mitigation strategies, and key decisions.

• Address customer concerns while balancing commercial interests and long-term partnership goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 15 years of experience in delivering complex automation, material handling, industrial, or large-scale capital projects.

• Proven success in leading projects valued at $50M-$100M+.

• Strong expertise in financial, commercial, contract, and risk management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level customer relationships and cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness and ability to travel 20–40% based on project and business requirements.
