Project Developer — Acquisition, m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Negotiate and finalize agreements related to land usage, leases, or purchases.

• Establish and sustain relationships with municipalities, land managers, and property owners.

• Manage contracts and oversee property administration.

• Participate in municipal council meetings and other pertinent events.

• Engage in regional networking and take part in relevant associations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in project pre-planning or sales, preferably in a similar role within the renewable energy or real estate sectors.

• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and strong negotiation capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.

• Familiarity with contract and property law is a plus.

• Commitment to renewable energy and a strong willingness to travel.

• Valid driving license (class B).

• Proficient in German at a business level (capable of negotiation).
