Project Design Manager I – Central Lab

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Conducts independent reviews of clinical trial protocols and interprets the responsibilities of the Central Lab.

• Provides guidance to Project Managers on procedural matters and budget considerations.

• Develops Collection Flow Charts and identifies suitable testing allocations.

• Establishes Kit Specifications and sample labeling in accordance with protocol testing requirements.

• Participates in both internal and external meetings, offering support to the Project Manager.

• Collaborates across departments to ensure that database designs align with client expectations.

• Functions under general supervision to construct study databases and produce deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

• Over 2 years of experience in a regulated clinical or laboratory services setting is highly preferred.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Effective project management capabilities and organizational abilities.

• Proficient computer skills with a general understanding of clinical trial processes and associated programs.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to deliver oral presentations.

• Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.
