This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create and execute high-quality training programs (soft skills) that align with business objectives, capability gaps, and stakeholder expectations, including facilitation when necessary.
• Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to evaluate training needs, tailor content, and ensure effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement.
• Monitor the effectiveness and outcomes of training, utilizing feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to enhance delivery quality and impact consistently.
• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of learning programs and initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for learning projects.
• Coordinate with instructional designers, SMEs, and development teams.
• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage the deployment of the Learning Management System (LMS) and course rollouts.
• Monitor learner participation and completion statistics.
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders and Learning & Development (L&D) team members.
• Maintain documentation and implementation processes.
• Oversee multiple concurrent learning initiatives in a dynamic, high-volume delivery environment.
• 4-5 years of experience in learning implementation, delivery, and project management.
• Experience with Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs.
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Proven experience in managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
