This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.
β’ Taking ownership of the successful execution of customer projects from initiation to launch. Ensuring projects adhere to timelines, meet critical milestones, and progress smoothly through the Station A process.
β’ Acting as a trusted consultant for Station A clients, assisting them in evaluating options, choosing appropriate solutions, and effectively implementing projects that align with their objectives and requirements.
β’ Addressing inquiries from providers and facilitating communication among buyers, providers, and internal teams to ensure project progression.
β’ Recognizing and managing project risks, formulating mitigation strategies, and proactively resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise.
β’ Setting clear project milestones, monitoring progress against schedules, identifying bottlenecks, and actively driving projects to successful completion.
β’ Keeping stakeholders updated on project developments through regular status reports, meetings, and updates.
β’ Spotting opportunities for process enhancements and applying best practices to improve project delivery.
β’ Conducting thorough evaluations and analyses of proposals received from energy providers to ensure compliance with our standards and guidelines.
β’ Evaluating the financial viability and potential risks associated with each proposal.
β’ Offering insightful recommendations to enhance the quality and competitiveness of proposals.
β’ Maintaining precise and organized documentation of all proposals and the outcomes of analyses.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in the clean energy sector, with preference given to candidates possessing specific experience in clean energy project development. Solar experience is advantageous!
β’ A proven history of managing and delivering complex projects on schedule.
β’ Previous experience in proposal analysis, preferably within the energy or clean technology sector.
β’ Strong attention to detail and the capability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
β’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to shifting priorities and requirements.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
β’ Proficient in utilizing spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) for data analysis.
