This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Validates customer expectations prior to, during, and following project completion.
• Regularly surpasses customer expectations while delivering outstanding service.
• Effectively manages multiple projects through all stages.
• Capable of working independently under pressure, organizing and prioritizing tasks, and advancing several projects towards completion with minimal guidance.

• Acts as a liaison among field technicians, departmental management, governmental entities, and customers.
• Utilizes independent judgment to address and resolve all inquiries, questions, and complaints.
• Diligently completes projects on schedule.
• Reviews and supervises finalized plans and project documentation for precision.
• Monitors equipment production to maintain product integrity.
• Consistently achieves overall project deadlines promptly.
• Fosters trust and confidence with contractors and the Project Management Team.
• Aids in managing numerous subcontractors across various states.
• Attracts and cultivates business relationships with new subcontractors.
• Drives sales and profitability through effective and efficient project execution.
• Possesses a solid understanding of principles and methods for showcasing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategies, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Extraordinary dedication to delivering the highest level of customer service.
• Proficient in engaging with customers through verbal and written communication.
• Maintains composure when addressing concerns from upset or angry customers and attentively listens to their issues.

• Must have a Mac computer and be adept with the Apple software ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to perform throughout all phases of project development, from sales proposals and design to completion and closeout.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Proven sense of urgency and ownership in all tasks.
• Ability to work closely with team members on a diverse range of projects.
• Prepares accurate paperwork in a timely manner.
• Engages in marketing activities and business development initiatives.
