This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Confirms customer expectations prior to, during, and following project completion.

• Effectively manages multiple projects through all stages of development.
• Capable of working independently under pressure, organizing and prioritizing tasks, and advancing several projects to completion with minimal supervision.

• Acts as a liaison among field technicians, department management, government agencies, and customers.
• Utilizes independent judgment to address and resolve all inquiries, questions, and complaints.
• Proactively ensures timely completion of projects.
• Reviews and supervises completed plans and project documentation for precision.
• Monitors equipment production to guarantee product integrity.
• Consistently achieves overall project deadlines in a timely manner.
• Establishes trust and confidence with contractors and the Project Management Team.
• Aids in managing multiple subcontractors across various states.
• Cultivates and develops business relationships with new subcontractors.
• Enhances sales and profitability through effective and efficient project execution.
• Understands principles and methods for showcasing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategies, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in engaging with customers through both verbal and written communication.
• Maintains composure when addressing upset or angry customers, actively listening to their concerns and questions.

• Must possess a Mac computer and be well-versed in the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
• Proven capability to function across all phases of project development, from sales proposals and design to project completion and closeout.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experienced in using Salesforce.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and ownership in all assignments.
• Ability to collaborate closely with team members on a diverse range of projects.
• Prepares timely and accurate documentation.
• Engages in marketing activities and business development initiatives.
• Experience in the Solar industry.
