This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

• Validates customer expectations before, during, and after project execution.

• Efficiently manages multiple projects throughout all stages.

• Capable of working independently under pressure.

• Able to evaluate options, anticipate outcomes, and make sound decisions.

• Acts as a liaison among field technicians, management, government entities, and clients.

• Utilizes independent judgment to address and resolve inquiries, questions, and complaints.

• Proactively ensures timely completion of projects.

• Reviews and supervises finished plans and project documentation for precision.

• Monitors equipment production to guarantee product quality.

• Consistently achieves overall project deadlines punctually.

• Builds trust and confidence with contractors and the Project Management Team.

• Aids in managing multiple subcontractors across various states.

• Enhances sales and profitability through effective and efficient project execution.

• Must possess a Mac computer and be proficient in the Apple software ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).

• Proven capability to perform in all phases of project development.

• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Exhibits a strong sense of urgency and ownership in all tasks.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members on a diverse range of projects.

• Experience in the Solar industry.
