This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Confirms customer expectations before, during, and after the completion of projects.

• Effectively manages multiple projects throughout all stages.
• Capable of working independently under pressure, organizing and prioritizing workloads, and advancing several projects to completion with minimal or no guidance.
• Able to evaluate options, anticipate outcomes, and exercise sound judgment.
• Acts as a liaison between field technicians, departmental management, government entities, and clients.
• Utilizes independent judgment to address and resolve inquiries, questions, and complaints.
• Proactively completes projects within the designated timeframe.
• Reviews and supervises finalized plans and project documentation for accuracy.
• Monitors equipment production to ensure product quality.
• Consistently meets overall project deadlines in a timely manner.
• Fosters trust and confidence with contractors and the Project Management Team.
• Aids in managing multiple subcontractors across various states.
• Engages in recruiting and developing business relationships with new subcontractors.
• Enhances sales and profitability through effective and efficient project execution.
• Understands the principles and methods for showcasing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategies and tactics, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Remarkable commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
• Ability to effectively engage with customers through both verbal and written communication.
• Maintains composure when addressing upset or angry customers, actively listening to their concerns and questions.

• Must possess a Mac computer and be proficient with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
• Proven capability to operate across all phases of project development, from sales proposals and design to project completion and closeout.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability in all tasks.
• Ability to closely collaborate with other team members on a diverse range of projects.
• Prepares timely and precise paperwork.
• Participates in marketing initiatives and business development activities.
• Experience in the Solar industry.
