Project Coordinator – Process & Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for producing technical writing and documentation deliverables, utilizing your expertise to ensure both quality and efficiency.

• Coordinating project timelines, resources, equipment, and information to guarantee timely completion of project tasks.

• Assisting project managers by maintaining and updating project documentation, ensuring records are accurate and accessible in a timely manner.

• Engaging with cross-functional teams to provide status updates, collect information, and ensure alignment on project goals.

• Monitoring project milestones and deliverables, reporting any potential delays or risks to the project manager for resolution.

• Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes to facilitate effective communication and follow-up on action items.

• A bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience in project coordination will be considered.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage competing priorities and adhere to deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across departments and with diverse teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools would be advantageous.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible, with a dedication to supporting the successful execution and delivery of projects.
