Project Coordinator – Multifamily

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Main point of contact for installer schedules, inquiries, and work-related matters.

• Oversees task assignments and manages paperwork for daily Service Provider schedules.

• Dispatches work orders to Service Providers and modifies workloads as necessary.

• Informs customers about installation timeframes.

• Handles incoming customer calls effectively.

• Manages all escalations to ensure full resolution.

• Acts as a liaison between customers and the company to address installation issues.

• Confirms all customers are contacted after the installation is completed.

• Provides support to other Project Coordinators as needed.

• Undertakes additional managerial responsibilities as directed by the Director.

• Serves as back-up to the Director when assigned.

• Ensures all paperwork is complete and accurate.

• Guarantees that all business activities within the area of responsibility are carried out ethically and legally.

• Returns voicemail messages and emails within four business hours.

• Performs other assigned duties.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in oral and written communication.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Team-oriented and customer-focused.

• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel.

• Valid driver's license and at least 21 years of age.

• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
