Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive delivery of several simultaneous technical projects across various teams.

• Create, sustain, and proactively oversee detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery schedules.

• Evaluate and confirm requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, aligned with project goals, and primed for technical execution.

• Collaborate closely with development teams, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and stakeholders to convert business needs into well-structured delivery plans.

• Propel project execution throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, User Acceptance Testing, release, and closure.

• Continuously assess scope, schedule, dependencies, quality, and risks.

• Identify obstacles and project risks early, resolve them when possible, and escalate appropriately when necessary.

• Maintain robust stakeholder alignment across teams distributed geographically.

• Lead project governance through effective reporting, milestone tracking, status updates, and transparency in delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management within technical or software delivery settings.

• Extensive experience working directly with engineering and development teams.

• Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects at the same time.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.

• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum methodologies.

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst is highly regarded.

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, or IT.

• Project management qualifications and certifications are preferred.
