📋 Description

• The Project Coordinator II is tasked with supporting and coordinating service, installation, and aftermarket projects from the planning stage through to completion.

• This position collaborates across various departments including Product Management, Sales, Operations, and customers to ensure the successful execution of projects.

• The Project Coordinator II will assist in managing timelines, resources, and communications while ensuring that projects are delivered punctually, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams (Product Management, Sales, Operations) to articulate and comprehend project objectives, encompassing technical and logistical requirements.

• Oversee and support all phases of service, installation, and aftermarket projects, which includes scheduling, resource planning, and task management.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans that include timelines, deliverables, and assigned responsibilities.

• Relay project status, risks, issues, and resolutions to both internal stakeholders and external customers through clear verbal and written communications.

• Act as a main point of contact for project coordination activities throughout the lifecycle of the project.

• Schedule and lead regular project status meetings; track action items and ensure they are addressed.

• Monitor project advancements to guarantee deliverables are finalized on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.

• Identify potential project risks and issues, escalate when necessary, and support the implementation of solutions.

• Assist in monitoring project budgets and contribute to cost management efforts.

• Document processes and engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the service and aftermarket teams.

• Support cross-functional teams with reporting, data tracking, and project documentation.

• Assist Finance and Accounting with project-related reporting and monthly closing activities as necessary.

• Travel required: 25%.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.

• Experience in a technical, manufacturing, telematics, or service-oriented environment is preferred.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and with customers.

• Capability to quickly grasp technical concepts and new systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate situations, identify root causes, and propose solutions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Customer-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.

• Understanding of project management fundamentals (timelines, scope, budgeting, risk management).
