• Assists with various activities and projects.
• Monitor and coordinate projects to ensure that designated activities are executed in alignment with established objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between the department and project management software or key project personnel.
• Oversee various assigned projects.
• Help ensure adherence to departmental policies.
• Collaborate with key personnel to execute functions based on departmental requirements.
• May provide backup support for the Administrative Assistant role.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
• At least 3 years of administrative experience supporting two or more individuals simultaneously.
• Experience in project coordination is preferred.
