This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Assist the project management team by creating and maintaining essential project documentation, which includes contracts, budgets, schedules, change orders, and detailed meeting minutes.
• Oversee data accuracy across various projects simultaneously, utilizing project management technology platforms to produce reports, monitor deliverables, and ensure the team has real-time insights into project status and performance metrics.
• Proactively address the team's needs before they emerge—whether that involves preparing materials for upcoming client meetings, recognizing potential scheduling conflicts, or highlighting budget discrepancies that need attention.
• Facilitate communication among internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors, ensuring smooth information flow and keeping everyone informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist the team through all construction phases from planning to closeout, help manage procurement processes, track submittals and approvals, and maintain organized project files that act as the definitive source of truth.
• Contribute to process enhancement initiatives by pinpointing opportunities to adopt new technologies and streamline workflows that boost team productivity.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, effectively managing time to meet critical deadlines while maintaining the high level of attention to detail that construction projects require.
• A minimum of two years of experience in construction project management or supporting professionals in commercial real estate.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field that provides the foundational knowledge necessary to support complex construction projects.
• Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to cultivate strong professional relationships across a variety of stakeholder groups, from senior executives to field personnel.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, paired with analytical abilities that allow you to identify patterns, detect discrepancies, and synthesize information from diverse sources.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage competing demands while maintaining quality standards, with the adaptability to work both independently and collaboratively as project requirements dictate.
