Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for facilitating the successful execution of projects by delivering extensive administrative and operational support.

• Coordinate planning efforts, monitor progress, compile reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently.

• Maintain, organize, and update project documentation and content to guarantee accuracy, version control, and easy access.

• Work with the business to collect, validate, and analyze project information, including scope, schedule, cost, and resource data.

• Generate comprehensive status reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making and stakeholder communication.

• Oversee the execution and timely completion of project milestones by collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.

• Identify and communicate project issues, dependencies, and risks.

• Assist in developing proactive mitigation strategies and solutions.

• Aid in resource planning activities by monitoring allocations and pinpointing potential constraints or gaps.

• Promote effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives and expectations.

• Assess project management processes, tools, and templates; suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred.

• Typically, 2-5 years of experience in the relevant field.

• Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in a project management setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
