This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for AI data and research projects on a daily basis, ensuring that workflows are organized and progressing as planned.
β’ Collaborate with program leaders and subject-matter experts to convert project requirements into precise guidelines and actionable steps.
β’ Facilitate the onboarding, coordination, and ongoing engagement of domain experts as projects expand.
β’ Engage in weekly business reviews, maintain records of meeting notes and action items, and lead project calls when necessary.
β’ Oversee project quality, pinpoint recurring issues, investigate their root causes, and relay findings to relevant stakeholders.
β’ Assist research and product teams in the development, documentation, and refinement of project processes and guidelines.
β’ Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and collaborate with stakeholders to address them.
β’ Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and operational metrics utilizing Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
β’ Ensure precise project documentation is maintained and timely follow-ups are conducted across teams.
β’ Adjust processes and priorities in response to evolving project requirements.
β’ Must be located in the United States.
β’ A background in STEM is strongly preferred.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, program operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
β’ Experience in coordinating large teams or managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
β’ Direct experience with AI training data, human data, machine learning, or AI research projects is highly desirable.
β’ Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Team Lead, EPM, Program Coordinator, or as an expert contributor in AI/data initiatives is a significant advantage.
β’ Experience supporting AI or data programs within technology-driven organizations is preferred.
β’ Strong data management skills, including proficiency in Excel and SQL.
β’ Basic understanding of coding or technical concepts with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
β’ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Proven ability to lead, coordinate, or manage large groups efficiently.
