This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the project team in developing estimates and schedules/timelines under guidance.

• Oversee and modify plans as needed, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders regarding any changes or risks.

• Implement established workflows and best practices across both digital and traditional disciplines to meet project objectives on schedule.

• Make certain that client expectations are fulfilled during project delivery.

• Carry out the specifics of individual projects with supervision across various functional teams, including creative, digital, media, technology, and more.

• Aid the project team in liaising with external vendors throughout the project lifecycle, covering web, translation, and print production processes.

• Assist the project team with follow-ups, documentation, and tracking the delivery of tasks.

• Cultivate skills in the Work Management System (WMS)/project management software to effectively complete project tasks.

• Track and report on project progress while managing client expectations.

• Begin to recognize project-related risks with guidance and coaching from Delivery leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with and/or a willingness to learn Project Management fundamentals.

• 1-2 years of experience or relevant exposure, such as an internship, in Project Management or client service-oriented roles managing projects in marketing, communications, advertising, or related fields will be considered.

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or similar regulated areas is a plus; e.g., research, clinical trials, commercial, or operations.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills.

• Highly collaborative and solution-focused.
