This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee all elements of customer installations and telecommunications projects from contract signing to customer acceptance.
• Ensure project timelines, customer commitments, and installation milestones are maintained while facilitating updates among carriers, vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Review customer communications and provide prompt and professional responses throughout the day.
• Utilize various carrier portals to track order progress, provisioning updates, and installation timelines.
• Conduct weekly customer status calls for multi-location projects and deliver structured post-call summaries that include action items and next steps.
• Keep detailed Excel workbooks that monitor customer locations, implementation progress, timelines, and outstanding issues.
• Work collaboratively with provisioning teams, NOC teams, sales teams, and pre-sales operations throughout the implementation process.
• Assist with incoming calls through a shared support queue during business hours and engage in after-hours support rotation with the broader team.
• Record customer communications, updates, and follow-up activities within internal systems.
• Address customer escalations in a professional and proactive manner while facilitating timely resolutions.
• Represent Threshold Communications in a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused manner at all times.
• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is strongly preferred, although candidates with robust project management experience may also be considered.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, Excel, and various web-based carrier platforms.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with different teams.
• Strong customer service orientation with the capability to communicate professionally across all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
