This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain financial documentation utilizing Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
• Conduct daily reviews of time entries to ensure their accuracy.
• Assist with submissions related to onboarding, offboarding, and talent acquisition requests.
• Maintain the Organizational Chart for both overall and individual accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial totals for invoicing purposes.
• Provide assistance as needed in the development of formal RFQs and RFPs.
• Monitor compliance with safety training procedures and requirements (e.g., NFPA-70E, Lock Out Tag Out procedures, First Aid & CPR training, proper utilization of PPE) mandated by Salute and Clients.
• Coordinate and support the interview process while managing communications with potential new hires.
• Generate reports on financial performance, process compliance, and recruitment efforts.
• Perform additional tasks as necessary to ensure all accounts are meeting expected performance levels.
• Strong computer skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
• Access to and proficiency with a smartphone.
• Ability to accurately follow detailed instructions.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Military experience is preferred.
• Experience in the data center industry is preferred.
• Experience with scheduling appointments and/or conducting interviews with potential new hires is preferred.
